BanG Dream! Yume∞Mita Reveals First PV and Summer Premiere
The BanG Dream! universe expands once again as the official website for BanG Dream! Yume∞Mita officially opens. This new TV anime draws inspiration from the virtual girl band Mugendai Mewtype (YumeMita). Specifically, the project shared its first promotional video, a key visual, and the full staff lineup. Consequently, fans can now prepare for a summer broadcast on Tokyo MX and other major channels.
Production Team and Creative Vision
Director Tomomi Umetsu leads the production at NICHICALINE. Initially, Midori Gotō handles series composition and script supervision, co-writing alongside a dedicated team of writers. Furthermore, Osamu Nobusawa and Mochipuyo provide the character designs. Notably, both artists previously worked on It’s MyGo!!!!! and Ave Mujica. Moreover, their involvement ensures a consistent visual style for the franchise. In addition, Bushiroad Music oversees the overall music production for the series.

Meet the Virtual Band: Mugendai Mewtype
At the heart of this project, the virtual girl band consists of five unique members. Notably, the lineup features Arale Nakamachi on vocals, Nonoka Miyanaga and Ritsu Minetsuki on guitars, Miyako Fuji on keyboard, and Yuno Sengoku as the DJ. Therefore, the anime blends their virtual presence with BanG Dream!’s signature musical charm. Currently, the project stands as a major highlight for the upcoming summer season. Ultimately, this new chapter aims to reach a broader global audience.
