KonoSuba Season 4 Confirmed at 10th Anniversary
It’s party time in Axel!
The long-awaited sequel to the beloved comedy series is officially happening. During the KonoSuba 10th Anniversary Livestream, staff confirmed that the previously teased project is indeed the fourth TV anime season. Specifically, the franchise celebrated a decade of success by revealing a new anniversary visual alongside the big announcement. Consequently, fans of the chaotic party in Axel have plenty to look forward to in 2026.

New Game and Original Creator Involvement
The celebration extends beyond the anime screen with a new project for mobile and PC. Initially, it was revealed that original creator Natsume Akatsuki is personally supervising the game. Furthermore, original illustrator Kurone Mishima is also involved, ensuring an authentic KonoSuba experience for players. This multimedia expansion marks a major milestone for the franchise’s ten-year history.

The celebration continues offline too. A massive 10th anniversary event will be held on July 26 at Pacifico Yokohama, featuring beloved cast members Jun Fukushima (Kazuma), Sora Amamiya (Aqua), Rie Takahashi (Megumin), and Ai Kayano (Darkness), joined by theme song artist Machico.
Later this fall, fans can also visit a special KonoSuba exhibition in Akihabara.
As if that wasn’t enough, Akatsuki has written an original audio drama set across the anime’s four seasons. The winter release, titled “White Snow Fairy Tale: The Season of Ice Flowers,” promises classic KonoSuba-style slapstick with a fresh story and exclusive illustration.
To top it all off, a 10th anniversary song box set is scheduled to release on March 18, wrapping the celebration in pure nostalgia.
From its first TV season in 2016 to movies, spin-offs, and now a confirmed Season 4, KonoSuba proves that even after a decade, this wonderfully ridiculous fantasy still knows exactly how to make fans smile.
Anniversary Events and Audio Drama
A massive anniversary event is scheduled for July 26 at Pacifico Yokohama. In addition, the main cast members, including Jun Fukushima and Sora Amamiya, will attend the celebration. Therefore, fans can experience the magic of the series offline through both this event and a special exhibition in Akihabara this fall. An original audio drama titled “White Snow Fairy Tale” is also set for a winter release.
Music and Nostalgia
To wrap up the festivities, a special 10th anniversary song box set will be released on March 18. Currently, the franchise continues to prove its lasting popularity since its first season debuted in 2016. Meanwhile, the confirmation of Season 4 ensures that the wonderfully ridiculous adventures of Kazuma and his party are far from over. This milestone truly captures the essence of the series.
