The official website for the television anime adaptation of Killed Again, Mr. Detective? by Teniwoha and Riichu unveiled a teaser visual and new cast members as the series prepares for its April debut on TBS and BS11.

Newly announced cast members include Yoshino Aoyama as rising actress Yuriu Haigamine, Katsuyuki Konishi as detective Kaoruta Sozorogi, Rie Kugimiya as Shardina of the “Seven Old Men,” and Yūki Takada as the canine detective Fido and interpreter Belka.

The anime stars Rikuya Yasuda as Sakuya Outsuki and Shion Wakayama as Lilithea. Direction is handled by Takashi Naoya at Lifenfilms, with series composition by Mio Inoue, character designs by Akiko Kumada, and music composed by Shūhei Mutsuki.

Published by Kadokawa, the light novel series launched in August 2021 and released its sixth volume on November 25. The manga adaptation by Inaba ran on Dra Dra Flat from July 2022 until its conclusion with the second volume in March 2024, with English editions published by Yen Press.

The mystery comedy follows Sakuya, the son of a legendary detective who repeatedly finds himself becoming the murder victim in his own cases—only to awaken again with his assistant Lilithea and continue the investigation.
