Dragami Games has officially confirmed that Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is heading to Nintendo Switch 2 in Japan on March 26, bringing the flashy zombie-slaying action to Nintendo’s next-generation console. Alongside it, the studio also announced that LoveR Kiss Endless Memories will launch on Switch 2 on April 30.

While both releases are currently confirmed for Japan, international fans won’t be left out entirely. The games will support English and multiple other languages, and Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP will even include English voice acting. Physical editions for both titles are already available for pre-order in Japan.
Switch 2 Exclusive Content for Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP
The Switch 2 version won’t just be a straight port. Players will get access to a brand-new exclusive feature called “Gun Shooting Mode.” This mode throws Juliet into fast-paced zombie wave battles, with each stage divided into three escalating phases. Players who already own the Switch version will also be able to upgrade via a paid pass.
Originally released digitally in September 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC, Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP has already surpassed 200,000 copies sold worldwide. A major update earlier this year added fan-requested features such as Photo Mode and the return of the Goth Outfit, a classic costume from the original game.

A Polished “Definitive” Edition
Dragami Games CEO Yoshimi Yasuda has previously described RePOP as the definitive version of Lollipop Chainsaw, emphasizing quality-of-life improvements and new gameplay elements while keeping the original story intact. Although original creators James Gunn and Gōichi Suda (Suda51) are not directly involved this time, the remaster was developed by a mix of original staff and Dragami Games developers.
The Future of the Franchise
The Lollipop Chainsaw IP has been under Dragami Games’ control since 2022, with Warner Bros. continuing to support the project. Looking ahead, the franchise isn’t stopping here—Dragami Games is working with Nada Holdings on a brand-new Lollipop Chainsaw game and even an anime adaptation, signaling a major revival for the cult-classic series.
LoveR Kiss Endless Memories Also Joins Switch 2
Meanwhile, LoveR Kiss Endless Memories expands the photography-themed romance series with new content, including an additional love interest and scenario. The visual novel originally launched on Switch and PC in late 2024 and now finds a new home on Nintendo’s upcoming hardware.
